Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Italian Chat Customer Service Specialist role located in Cairo at VXI Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining chat etiquette, and delivering high-quality customer service on a daily basis.
