Human Resources Recruiter

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.   
    • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing methods.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
    • Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.   
    • Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and background checks.   
    • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.   
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Work with the marketing department to promote the company as an employer of choice.
    • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
    • Maintain a positive online presence for the company's employer brand.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.HR certificate or Diploma is preferred.3-7 years of experience  in the HR department.Excellent English languageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRemarkable organizational and conflict management skillsMultitasking and attention to details.
