- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Review and analyze resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding:
- Work with the marketing department to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Maintain a positive online presence for the company's employer brand.
