  • Guide The stores remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online calls, over the phone
  • Solve the issues with the company step-by-step through the email or online connection with troubleshooting hardware and software 
  • Follow up with company to ensure satisfactory service Communicate 
  • Created ticketing system * Manage Engine application * to receive all problems by ticketing system with service level response
  • Responsibility for maintenance all hardware issues including desktop PCs and access points device Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Maintain system efficiency.
  • Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by user.
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, security updates and patches.

 


Bachelor degree of computer science or a relevant field.Minimum 2 year of experience in the same or similar role.Max age is 28 years old.Good English language written and oralExcellent communication and time management skills.Excellent problem solving skills.
