Architect/Architectural Engineer(male-femal) with Experience in Interior Finishin
A specialized finishing company in the Fifth Settlement is seeking an architect/architectural engineer with experience in interior finishing who has supervised a number of residential units or villas from foundation to finishing, including furnishing such as (wood cladding, marble installation, central boiler, concealed air conditioning, swimming pool finishing, and elevator installation).
Requirements:-Receiving and managing all types of finishing works (masonry, plastering).-Establishing and finishing electrical works.-Establishing and finishing plumbing works.-Painting works, suspended ceilings, fittings, and air conditioning.-Overall supervision of the implementation of drawings and designs from the technical office.-Measuring site areas.-Must own a private car.-Minimum of 2 years of experience.-Previous experience in finishing villas and residential units with complete finishing.-Must be a resident of Cairo.
