We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Quantity Takeoff Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients in the USA on a variety of construction projects, ranging in size and scope. You will be responsible for performing accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and material estimations for construction projects of varying sizes and scopes.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify scope requirements.
- Utilize software tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD to prepare detailed takeoffs and estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Maintain organized documentation of takeoffs, estimates, and project-related communications.
- Continuously improve knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and bid proposals as needed.
- Adapt to different project requirements and deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.2 to 3 years of experience in quantity takeoff, cost estimation, or a related role.Excellence in understanding construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Basic understanding of Bluebeam and/or PlanSwift is a plus.Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Prior experience or knowledge of working with clients in the USA is a plus.Knowledge of Revit is a plus.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with US construction standards and practices.Ability to adapt to different project types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Experience mentoring or training junior team members.Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and best practices.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on your knowledge and skillset.Private medical insurance.Opportunity to work on diverse projects with international clients.Flexible and friendly work environment.Professional development opportunities and training.Supportive team culture with a focus on growth and collaboration.
