Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, fast, effective, and pain-relieving services to patients and their families.
• Develop, evaluate and follow-up the policies and procedures of the department.
• Prepare and submit performance indicators reports on the unit to the medical director.
• Monthly follow-up of departmental costs and submitting reports to the medical director with proposals to decrease cost or increase revenue.
• Supervise the medical staff using the Coding system (code blue, etc..), while ensuring that the process is documented in the files.
• Accountable for evaluating cases referred to the hospital to assess their health condition and arrange admission procedures.
• Accountable for evaluating and deciding on discharge requests to ensure patient safety and compliance with the law.
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine.• Master’s degree (surgery or medicine) post graduate studies in hospital management.• MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.• Certificate in Healthcare management is preferred.Experience and Skills:• 7 -10 years of experience in which 3 years at the same position.
