Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in call center or BPO services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach potential clients to offer our call center services.• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.• Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing campaigns.• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences.
