Back Office Operation Specialist

1- Advanced Customer Support:
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and
phone.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to resolve escalated cases effectively.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
2 - Mentoring:
• Provide guidance to team members, helping them enhance their skills and performance.
3 - Reporting and Analytics:
• Use Microsoft Excel to generate and analyze reports on team performance, customer feedback, and issue
trends.
4- Operational Excellence:
• Identify and recommend improvements to support workflows and tools.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to
customers.


- Requirements:• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Equivalent or a related field.• Experience: 2–4 years in customer support, with expertise in payments, banking services, fintech,Skills:• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.• Strong problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.• Ability to work rotational shifts in a hybrid work model.
