Admin Assistant for the Marketing Department

  • Data Management: Maintain filling system databases and other records to ensure easy retrieval of information
  • TV Plans revision vs. Deals
  • TV plans vs. Actual airing
  • Third party monitoring revision.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports by ensuring accurate record -keeping of meeting minutes and official correspondence
  • Compliance: ensure that all administrative practices comply with organizational polices and legal requirements.
  • Deal tracking
  • Contract validation
  • PO releases and tracking
  • Invoicing / payment tracking
  • Meeting coordination: Organize logistics for meetings including venues arrangements in case of PR event.

To be successful on the role, you should have:Bachelor's degree holder in Business/ MarketingPrevious work experience from 2 Yrs: 4 Yrs, preferably in the FMCG/ Manufacturing industry.Fluent in both in written and spoken the English Language.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
