Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the assigned region or industry.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to grow the company’s customer base and expand product/service offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and prospects, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Proven work experience as a Senior account managerHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Familiarity with sales performance metricsExcellent communication skills with a customer service attitudeTeam management skillsStrong analytical and organization skillsBSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
