- Handling all related tasks to social Insurance and labor offices.
- Updating the employees' database for the whole company.
- Handling the employee records.
- Handling the filling system.
- Handle the employee's inquiries regarding labor law and the company's policy.
- Attendance management keeping records for the weekly attendance & calculating the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves, and overtime hours.
- Employee relations dealing with employees' complaints and inquiries.
- Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees.
- Updating the vacation balance for the employees.
- Collecting the documents related to the holiday balance (annual and casual vacation forms- sick leaves forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents.
Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: 3-5 years in the same position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
