Handle Power Planning enhancement projects & Section Vision.
- Handle sites solution activities and develop the current models for Network sites
- Possible revision of the existing site design and recommended actions to be done to enhance the
current site performance
- Equipment planning & Control

Design power solutions, requirement, creation, recommendation loads & criteria (new/EXP sites).
Power recommendations for stolen and faulty sites
Batteries planning, testing, ordering & following activities
Sites Troubleshooting & FM support
Smart solutions to save OPEX & CAPEX KPIs (Hybrid – Solar Cells – Power program – Diesel
generator – free cooler – smart sites – Green energy solutions)
17. Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings
SPOC in new RFPs, RFEs and RFQs to assess the Vendor equipment in terms of reliability
Prepare reports, budgets and assessments
Control site solution models for RAN (2G/3G/WTX/Power/RF)
