- Collaborate with the R&D team to discuss the manufacturing processes for product and component development, ensuring clear direction and understanding of the desired outcomes.
- Prepare and implement mold maintenance plans to ensure smooth production flow, including routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection maintenance, general maintenance, and major maintenance.
- Maintain and establish a database for all current molds used by the company.
- Load molds onto machines according to the production plan.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians responsible for mold maintenance and production.
- Oversee the provision and manufacturing of critical mold spare parts.
- Design and provide technical drawings for damaged or missing parts to ensure proper reproduction.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in mold design and maintenance, with experience in managing technical teams.Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
