Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare reports on account status.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address client needs and deliver high-quality services.
- Prepare and deliver detailed presentations, proposals, and periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and support strategic decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager (3–5 years minimum).Software experience is a must. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Very good in English. Familiarity with CRM software and other account management tools is preferred. Work Conditions:Scope: Remote.Working Hours: from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
