Technical Office Architect/Architect (1-2 years experience)

Architect (architecture & construction)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. In-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
• Create plans & drawings clearly outlining architectural design of project. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science & materials in order to create ideal finished product Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work & adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee & make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
• Working details, Shop drawings, construction drawings.
• Research the different aspects of architecture (e.g. Green Architecture).
