- Responsible for acquiring merchants to Waffarha and maintain a positive relationship with an objective to maximize profit.
- Source and develop a pool of small to medium merchants, to sign up with Waffarha and maintain active engagement with the existing ones.
- Create opportunities and initiate business with new merchants from different potential sources (Social medica platforms, Connections, and visits)
- Review the discount plans for the merchants on other platforms and similar suppliers.
- Create and negotiate competitive deals with the merchants matching with the customer needs with an objective to maximize profits
- Analyze and test the offers received from the merchant.
- Verify all documentation received from merchant regarding their deal with Waffarha.
- Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure that all the merchant’s needs are understood and addressed.
- Update the existing offers with the existing merchants.
- Act as a mediator between the merchant and the cross-functional team to pertain to the Merchants’ desires and respond to their concerns.
Bachelor's degree is a must.1 – 3 years of experience in sales.Experience in e-commerce and retail industry is preferred.Excellent time-management & Organizational Skills.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Good analytical & research skills.Dynamic, outgoing & energetic individual.Excellent networking & follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of Windows Excel – Word.
