HR Personnel & Payroll Specialist

Payroll Processing: Administer the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Tax Compliance: Ensure payroll taxes are correctly withheld and filed on time, and maintain records for tax reporting purposes.
Timekeeping Management: Monitor employee attendance, manage time-off requests, and ensure proper documentation of working hours and overtime.
Payroll Records: Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Reporting & Audits: Generate payroll reports as needed, and assist with internal and external audits regarding payroll and HR-related matters.
Benefit Deductions: Process deductions for benefits, garnishments, and other withholdings in accordance with company policy and legal obligations.


Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll managerSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practicesVery good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the fieldProficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Kronos, Payforce) and databasesTrustworthy with attention to confidentialityOutstanding organizational ability with great attention to detailExcellent communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
