:Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network, and user support.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, printers, and workstations.
  • Provide technical support to employees, both onsite and remotely, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

  • Nasr City Residents or nearby
  • Males Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows server systems and network infrastructure is a must.
  • Familiarity with IT security tools and protocols, including Sophos firewalls is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
