Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in sourcing and hiring top technical talent across the GCC region. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional talent to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GCC recruitment dynamics, market trends, and a proven track record in hiring for technical roles in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to technical hiring across the GCC region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to proactively build talent pipelines.
2-Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and engage top technical talent across various roles, including software engineers, data scientists, IT infrastructure experts, and other niche technical positions.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
3-Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and provide strategic hiring recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
4-Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate and oversee technical assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions, ensuring timely and efficient hiring decisions.
5-Offer Management and Onboarding:
- Manage offer negotiations, ensuring competitiveness within the market and alignment with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
6-Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
7-Market Knowledge and Employer Branding:
- Enhance the organization’s employer brand within the GCC market by representing the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A technical background is a Mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the GCC region.
- Demonstrated expertise in hiring for IT, engineering, and emerging technology roles.
Skills:
- Familiarity with technical skills, tools, and technologies relevant to the industry.
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities, with expertise in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and online job portals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
