- Responsible for keeping employees’ files in a standardized format according to instructions.
- On boarding employees by receiving their employment paperwork and organizing their documents and files, including contracts and offers for specific personnel.
- Assist and participate in advertising jobs, conducting phone screening and setting 1st interview appointments.
- Review and filter resumes according to set criteria and exclude unsuitable ones.
- Coordinate and finalizing employee off boarding process.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Coordinate semi-annual employee appraisal forms & feedback sessions.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist in all HR functions as assigned
- Monitor attendance, departure, absence, and vacations
- Follow-up on transactions with external and government agencies
- Periodic improvement and development of administrative procedures within the company.
