- Report to Design and Technical Support Manager SME
- Generate 3D models for parts and assemblies.
- Prepare detailed drawings for parts and assemblies.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings, including tolerance and welding details.
- Estimate Raw material required and define production/manufacturing process route.
- Prepare technical data required for manufacturing.
- Design and follow up manufacturing of required jigs and fixtures for manufacturing process, if needed.
- Design and follow up Manufacturing of Prototypes.
- Apply international standards totally adhering to ISO 9001.
- Follow up in-process inspection till delivery.
- Cooperate with procurement department in communication with suppliers to ensure right supply of outsourced functions.
- Continuously work with technicians and operators to improve their skills and production performance.
BSc in Technology and Education from Reputable University.Minimum 3 years of experienceProfessional user of 3D/2D modeling software (inventor is an advantage).Good awareness of ERP systems is an advantage.Good awareness of ISO 9001 requirements is an advantage.
