Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, national, and company regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of safety equipment and protective gear.
• Provide training programs for employees on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop site-specific safety plans.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems.
• Create and maintain documentation of safety performance metrics, risk assessments, and compliance records.
• Stay updated on new safety regulations and standards and ensure their application on projects.
• Coordinate and manage emergency response plans, including drills and evacuation procedures.
