- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across all company's facilities, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational standards.
- Oversee the design and implementation of facility upgrades, renovations, and new builds, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company-specific guidelines across all projects.
- Provide strategic oversight for all construction and project management activities, ensuring scalability and alignment with the group’s long-term objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and value creation through strategic utilization of land assets.
- Drive initiatives that support the expansion and modernization of facilities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to align project goals with business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Introduce innovative practices, technologies, and sustainability initiatives to improve project outcomes and reduce environmental impact.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related fieldMin. 10 years of experience in construction and project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial roleMaster’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a relevant field is preferredProfessional certifications such as PMP or LEED Accreditation are a plusExperience within well-known Engineering consultancy firms is preferredProven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, including facility upgrades and new buildsExperience in managing multi-regional projects and working within a corporate environmentDemonstrated experience in leveraging land assets for strategic business growth initiativesMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.…)Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
