  • Thoroughly assess clients' preferences and financial capabilities to provide personalized recommendations that align with their needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market, staying informed about all products, projects, and developers within Nawy's inventory.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on prime locations, distinctive property features, and real estate options that best suit their requirements.
  • Escort interested clients on property viewings, showcasing the unique attributes of each listing.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and developers, ensuring smooth communication throughout contracting procedures.
  • Regularly track and update deal progress on the CRM platform, adhering to Nawy's guidelines and protocols.
  • Safeguard the interests of all parties by ensuring adherence to all terms of purchase contracts.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-closing, sharing updates and insights about relevant products and services.

Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in Real estate.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Dedication to meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
