Document Control Specialist

  1. Document Management:
    • Organize and maintain all projects documents (both soft and hard copies).
    • Ensure documents are easy to find, up-to-date, and well organized.
    • Prepare LOGs for projects and keep on updating them.
    • Write letters and prepare submittals with the technical team.
    • Help with general administrative tasks, like filing and scanning.
    • Distribute documents to team members.
    • Suggest improvements to document management processes.
  2. Collaboration with the Technical Office:
    • Work with the Technical Office to help prepare technical documents and proposals for new projects and in-hand projects.
    • Assist in gathering and preparing documents for tender submissions.
  3. Price Proposals:
    • Help collect pricing information from suppliers by email/phone calls.
    • Assist in preparing price proposals for projects.
  4. Communication:
    • Coordinate with technical team and projects managers to make sure documents are submitted correctly and on time.
    • Keep all communication records for reference.
  5. Archiving:
    • Archive documents safely and keep them organized.
    • Ensure proper storage for both soft and hard files.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in large construction companies.Good command of the English Language is MustMale and Female.Cairo ResidentTechnical Requirements:Proven work experience as a Document Controller in Construction Companies.Familiarity with project management.Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.Experts in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is must.Data organization skills.Place of work: Zahir, Ghamra Working hours from 8 to 5. Weekly holiday Friday.
