Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR functions, including payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:Process payroll and manage attendance records. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes. Prepare and review employment contracts for legal compliance. Manage visa applications and labor contracts. Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations. Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts. Utilize HR portals for social insurance, labor registration, and tax compliance. Required Experience with HR Portals: Ministry of Manpower and Immigration Portal (for employee registration and labor compliance). Social Insurance Portal (EGSO) (for social insurance registration and contributions).Tax Authority Portal (for payroll tax compliance and reporting).Work Permit and Visa Management Portals (for managing foreign employee visas and permits).Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Egypt. Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR portals and management systems. Strong communication and organizational skills.
