- Order Processing: Manage the processing of orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry of data into the system, and following up with logistics and production teams to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, providing information about products, prices, and availability. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Sales Support: Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and other sales documents. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations.
- Data Management: Maintain sales records, customer information, and inventory data. Generate sales reports, monitor sales metrics, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Coordination: Coordinate sales team schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings. Ensure all sales team members have the necessary materials and information to perform their duties effectively.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content. Coordinate promotional events and campaigns.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality. Report customer complaints and issues to the sales and management teams.

Proven experience in sales support, coordination, or a related field.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
