Assistant Brand Manager

Job responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to position the products and the projects and to increase sales
  2. Following market trends and presenting creative ideas
  3. Analyzing data to report on brand growth
  4. Meet with stakeholders to determine brand objectives and strategies.
  5. Collaborate with Market Research team to identify consumer trends and needs.
  6. Liaising with different kinds of agencies (Digital, PR, advertising... etc.)
  7. Research markets and study the company’s brand.
  8. Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
  9. Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion)
  10. Coordinate with sales, product development and other teams.
  11. Track budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs.
  12. Analyze industry, competition and market trends.
  13. Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
  14. Handling Company’s Brands entirely on the marketing and the communication side.
  15. Help in maintaining the image of the brand, executing strategies,
  16. Following up on vendors and suppliers, monitoring media plans executions (online and offline).
  17. Being a key point in all communications and on-ground activations.
  18. Following up on exhibitions, events, outdoors and printing is a crucial part of the job.
  19. Assist Brand Manager in coordinating and executing company brand promotion activities.
  20. Manage consumer and trade promotional activities and marketing events.
  21. Provide necessary assistance to Senior Brand Manager in all activities pertaining to brand building.
  22. Assist in developing annual business plans for profitable company growth.
  23. Work with other business units to execute business plans to meet revenue targets.
  24. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.


Job requirements:

  1. BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Marketing.
  3. English Proficiency is a must- writing, reading and spoken.
  4. Proven experience in real estate
  5. Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices
  6. Ability to conduct research and analyze data.
  7. Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
