- Oversee the IT functions, including infrastructure management, application development, network and security operations, and help desk support.
- Manage the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of IT services and compliance with IT standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze IT performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Work with other departments to develop and execute IT plans and projects that support their needs and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data privacy regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and security consultants.
- Support the implementation of new IT systems, processes, and controls, and provide training and support to the IT team and other departments as needed.
- Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on IT performance, risks, and opportunities.
