Talent Acquisition Senior Officer

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Officer to drive our recruitment processes using modern ATS platforms and digital recruitment tools. This role is critical in supporting Square's growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle using Crelate ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and corporate positions
  • Configure and optimize ATS workflows for maximum efficiency
  • Generate recruitment analytics and insights through ATS dashboards
  • Maintain recruitment database quality and compliance
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on requisitions and candidate selection
  • Execute employer branding initiatives

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction/engineeringStrong experience with ATS platforms (Zoho experience is a plus)Proven track record in digital recruitment tools and methodsStrong analytical and reporting capabilitiesExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishExperience in construction/engineering recruitment preferredTechnical Skills:Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Recruitment analytics and reportingMS Office (advanced Excel skills)HRIS platformsSocial media recruitment
