- Develop production schedules based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and capacity of production lines and machinery.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure that resources (e.g., labor, equipment, materials) are efficiently allocated.
- Schedule production work orders to minimize downtime, maximize throughput, and meet customer requirements timely.
- Monitor production progress, adjust schedules when needed, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

- Oversee the management of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained
- Issue purchase requisitions and work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials based on production needs.

- Analyze demand requirements and develop demand and production forecasts b. Ensure that production and procurement plans are aligned with customer demand while maintaining flexibility to adjust to fluctuations.
- Reporting and Data Analysis a.
- Provide regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, scheduling accuracy, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data analysis to assess production trends, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Address production-related challenges, such as material shortages, equipment breakdowns, or unexpected demand spikes, by developing corrective actions and contingency plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure minimal disruption to the production process.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, Six Sigma, or similar) are a plus. 7+ years of experience in production planning Strong understanding of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies is desirable.Competent in problem solving to identify complex technical problems and solve them accordingly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal teams Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Mastering safety practices
