Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Collect, research, analyze, evaluate, synthesize and report market data/competitive intelligence such as, and not limited to, sales and pricing trends, market share, competitor costs, industry production and storage locations, capacity utilization and apparent market strategies.
- Maintain and operate report findings.
- Actively participate in the monthly SOIP/forecasting process that culminates into the sales and production plans and monthly financial forecast.
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and logistics to understand and model industry cost and margin structure
- Assist sales in development and execution of business strategy and improving process from good to Great
- Use of SAP/ Excel to graphically represent geographic sales and pricing data
- Ability to draw conclusions, challenge assertions, identify trends and implications
- Assist with development of presentation materials to clearly communicate key messages.
- Weekly reviews with the sales team to highlight the opportunities and gaps
- Weekly market visits to assess the performance and tracking the KPIs
- Updating the DCs Capability reports on a monthly basis to keep DCs 100% ready for the operational team.
- Monthly tracking of the sales routes and making sure that it's 100% accurate Vs. on ground.
Required Qualifications & AbilitiesBachelor Degree from a reputable University.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Analysis & Reporting.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills
