Job Purpose
work hand in hand with project Engineering, Planning and Construction teams to ensure that we meet our commitments and milestones in order for us to be proactively prepared to provide services in a timely manner.
Following up vendor/ SCs implementation plans and Ensure all actions are done in compliance to processes, SLA, and quality index.
Prepare the needed data for the needed reports on timely manner to review the progress of Monorail fiber deployment projects and the support required.
Monitor vendor / SCs budget according to planned market share and issued POs.

Implementation Activities\:
Follow up with all stakeholders regarding deployment of monorail contract SOW and arrange with Monorail the required work permission for digging & air blowing.
Follow up with all internal / external stakeholders regarding RFPs providing the proposed BOQ and technical specifications for materials.
Arrange for traffic permissions during the work
Coordination with all utilities existed on Monorail ROW to avoid any utility damage
Material control and insure materials availability for planned work
Vendor/SC management with considering market share.
Validate Vendor/SC production sheets and invoices.
Handel Acceptance process and handover to operation team.
reach to fruitful and smooth work flow and thus achieve the planned targets
Monitor installation quality\:
Monitor vendors and Sub-contractor’s performance/KPIs and work closely to solve the chronic problems.
Track SLAs with various stakeholders.
Monitor and follow-up with intra-department, inter-department for network implementation feedback (when needed)
Supervise day-to-day operational flow per project scope with related teams
Focus on the contractor’s productivity towards meeting the project goals
Mange all OSP activities related to Monorail project detailed activities to meet the agreed SLA and Etisalat Specs, and to ensure reaching to Customer satisfaction
Manage periodical report\:
Generate periodic reports and results weekly/monthly
Provide monthly analysis describes the work performance and productivity of vendors and contractors.
Provide tracker for open issues and resolution.
Workflow Enhancement
implement processes and procedures to improve all necessary to keep projects on track.
Development of appropriate recovery plans to achieve milestones as required
Facilitate work and completion of deliverables with various disciplines within Product Engineering and establish corrective actions as required
Raise flag and discuss the problems arising from the processes and SLA to unit manager and propose a suitable solution
Ensure full compliance with PMO processes
Budget control
Report Project Budget status (yearly forecast, Monthly Monitoring).
Participate on resources Preparation (Vendors Contractors and In-House) Including Vendors and Contractors Evaluation Quarterly.
Team Development
Delegate tasks to the teams.
Evaluate team performance and Identify training and development needs for the team members.
