- Lead collaboration with the R&D team to maintain an organized and up-to-date database of drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with multiple factories and workshops with drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure timely receipt and acknowledgment
- Regularly communicate with factory personnel to address queries and provide clarifications.
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
- Optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with factories and workshops to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build, lead and collaborate with the assembly team to resolve any issues, ensuring the streamlining of assembly procedures.
- Supervise the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment with design specifications.
- Conduct thorough checks to verify the quality and accuracy of manufactured parts and assembled units.
- Develop and execute comprehensive inspection plans to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead the identification and procurement of standard parts necessary for the manufacturing processes.
- Document and report any non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Working days: 5 days, 9 Am - 5 Pm, Friday and Saturday off.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of experience in mechanical production engineering, with a focus on supervising manufacturing processes.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.In-depth familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniquesProficient in CAD software.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure efficiency.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.Experience dealing with electronics components is plus.
