Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with followers across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
  • Foster relationships with the online community to build trust and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
  • Maintain accurate records of content moderation activities and produce regular reports on key metrics. Document and escalate issues that require attention beyond the moderation team's scope.
