Role Description:

Junior Architect is responsible for developing Full set of drawings for architectural Design, in timely manner, and in full conformity with space planning & materials selected.  He is an essential member of the team, required to coordinate with Concept generated Drawings, base the developed sets of drawings from CGI generated imagery, and to incorporate best.


Responsibilities:

• Architectural Drafting architectural drawing packages including General Arrangement Plan, Dimension Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Small Power Layout Plan, Wall Finish & Floor Finish Plans, and related details in coordination with all design disciplines.   
• Prepare blow-up and detail design package based on the information and instruction provided.
• Develop elevations, sections and details (joinery) with minimal output. 
• Prepare clear and accurate plans, detailed drawings.
• Layouts according to specified materials and dimensions given by team. 
• Prepare drawing register. 
• Tag drawings according authorities’ requirements and internal drawing logs.  
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements. 
• Review information for completeness and accuracy. 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Quickly thrown into high-pressure situations to meet important deadlines.
