• Draft/Model the drawings to create accurate and detailed Plumbing & FF designs for diverse building projects, meeting drafting standards, quality and schedule requirements using BIM software.
• Adhere to established drafting guidelines and procedures.
• Use the latest drafting tools and techniques to develop effective drawings.
• Execute drafting of the projects within allotted timelines and MHs.
• Stay abreast with the latest developments with relevant drafting fields.
• Comply relevant QMS drafting requirements.
• Diploma/Technical/Bachelor Education with any specialization.• Minimum +5 years of Drafting/Modelling experience using BIM software.• Ability to draw projects as per the requirement in line with given instructions.• Perform the required design tasks within the allocated time respecting the deadline with quality output.• Be familiar with applicable codes & standards.• Experience working with multinational design consultants.• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit).
