- Creates, implements and reviews regularly local C&B standards, guidelines and processes based on global Global HR Governance and local legal standards, e.g. tax, legal, statutory requirements etc. - Executes consistent and effective grading remuneration and rewarding system in the country in Comp. and Ben. role based on global HR standards - Sets-up compensation and benefits structure for the country based on global HR standards - Monitors competitive wage ranges and trends in order to develop and adjust compensation schemes based on global HR standards - Plans and deploys salary increases -collective and performance-based increases - based on global HR standards - Provides consultancy on C&B relevant tasks and questions and offers trainings and intros including materials on C&B topics - Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks - Ensures accurate & compliant data quality including analysis, reporting, presentations etc.)for all C&B related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global or local rules defined - Exchanges with Global C&B team and ensures distribution & lead of global topics & initiatives within local organization
- Send Payroll Instructions to Payroll team and maintain proper records on Employee Central system. Continuous improvement of C&B processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business
- Drives delivery of HR Controlling services as defined in department ot team scope and yearly operational department or team plans - Tracks and controls the headcount availability by dedicated KPI’s - Contributes to the decision-making process on the respective plants footprint by submitting HR relevant data as labour market analysis, costs development, etc. - Analyzes and reports HR data based on global HR standards and local requirements - Prepares and provides HR data for RFQs and new business or business transfer plans considering payroll and time data - Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of HR Controlling, within HR community and towards the business - Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks - Ensures accurate & compliant data quality for all HR Controlling related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global and local rules defined - Prepares regular ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations - Supports and leads upon request global and local initiatives and roll-ins of HR Controlling and related HR programs, policies, processes, projects - Continuous improvement of HR Controlling processes and tools in the area of responsibility, implementing innovative best practices within HR and towards the business; focus on support of business
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience (3-5 years) in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, including benchmarking, salary surveys, and benefit plan design.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.Experience with HRIS and compensation management tools (e.g., SAP, Workday).Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
