Sales Call Operations Excellence duties:

Lay down and set the guidelines of the sales protocol that applies to all salespeople who deal directly with customers, update Sales Binders, set the Customer Call ground rules and guidelines and follow up on its execution.

Introduce and deploy the best practice of Routing optimization that involves number of sales calls conducted per day to be able to measure each salesperson’s time utilization (Salesperson ROI).

Work closely with the Customer Marketing to be able to monitor the availability and visibility of the products and its display to achieve the optimum instore customer route.

Monitor the number of invoices issued by the salesperson to ensure that the SKU priorities are in order as well as product diversity according to the marketing and the customer marketing plan.

Sales Technology and Tools:

Evaluate the overall sales process (contracts, credit cycle, ERP system’s efficiency, sales incentive) …etc. to offer the best practice, implement it and offer support to all concerned parties on its execution.

Business & People Growth:

Participates in laying down goals and objectives for sales teams in cooperation with the CCO.

Analyzing team’s sales performance and behaviors and give recommendations to the CCO to advance top performers careers and manage out low performers as well as recommending needed trainings and development.

Participate in laying down the sales forecast as well as its execution and evaluation with all three commercial sales channels heads (GT – MT & Corporate Sales).

Works closely with the supply planning in order to ensure the execution of the sales forecast plan and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency via periodic reports and steady communication.

Collaborate with sales leaders and cross functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure the sales strategy is in line with business objectives and customer needs. 

Sales Operations Excellence Data Management:

Attends all relevant meetings with the c-suite and provides all related periodic analytical reports such as, Team Performance (Monthly), Regional Sales, Accounts Sales , New Opportunities….etc.

Responsible for submitting the SOE KPIs monthly.


Min Years of experience: 10 years Max Years of experience:12 years Training / Certificate preferred: Related Sales Forecasting – Analysis – Marketing or consumer behavior studies Computer Skills (Excellent / Good / Fair / Other Knowledge)English Language Required (Fluent / Good / Fair) Soft Skills / Other abilities: Analytical thinking – Communication – Problem solving
