  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges when required
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Providing general information about the company to visitors and callers
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
  • Assisting with basic office management tasks, such as ordering supplies
  • Ensuring security protocols are followed for visitor access
  • Handling simple customer service inquiries and directing more complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Handling admin around contractor visits
  • Reporting any facility related issues
  • Ensuring health and safety documentation is up to date filed
  • Handling cash payments and properly registering them
  • Managing invoices and payments for vendors
  • Handling and managing Bureau drivers and their payments
