Provide the day-to-day support to administration & finance functions such as:
- Finance: Responsible for Cash custody, accurate records, participate in developing the budget, monitor transactions, expenses analysis, and budget/forecast reporting and control.
- Personnel: Responsible for employees’ records, leave/attendance, medical compliance., performance evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
- Admin: Responsible for logistics, procurement, management of assets, building/property safety, maintenance of assets, maintaining easy-access records, Travel/events arrangements, compliance with social/health insurance, labour office, tax authorities, traffic dep., and internal policies, coordinate IT operation, Interact with service providers/public partners.
- Any other tasks as needed
Education: University degree in Business Administration or AccountingExperience: At least 3-6 of relevant experience in administration, accounting, finance, business administration, or project administration is requiredProficiency in written and spoken EnglishExperience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc), Outlook, database packages, and ERP systemsStrong communication skillsHighly accurate, self-motivated, Innovative and team-orientedAble to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCommitted to continuous learning and developmentFlexible and able to work extended hours as neededPrior experience with a non-profit organization would be an assetPassionate, and has affinity with the charitable goal of Brooke EgyptEdfu resident
