- Prepare, review, and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing, or technical and operational training.
- Manage and support after sales technicians - technically and administratively- to ensure the maintenance work is being done on time and as required.
- Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Dealing with emergencies and unplanned sales issues.
- Evaluate and analyze incoming warranty claims.
- Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
- Carrying out on site testing, commissioning, and training works in an effective and professional manner.
- Recognize sales opportunities and link potential customers with the appropriate sales team.
- Prepare safety plans, risk assessments, site inspection reports, technical reports, and customer reports.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to complete the deal.
- - Document service and maintenance activities, including parts used, repairs completed, and follow-up actions required.
- Support the financial department to accelerate delivery and collection processes.
