• Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
• Preparation of commissioning plans, commissioning program and commissioning activity trackers.
• Preparing Operation and maintenance manuals, Training manuals and Asset registers.
• Prepare testing and commissioning method statements and procedures as per the manufacturer recommendations, project specification and international standards.
• Review the design drawings and highlight commission ability issues.
• Prepare a design review report for electrical systems including the design calculations review and drawings review.
• Perform a complete design package for tender process including preparation of design electrical drawings (Power, lighting, lighting control, ELV systems, installation details, earthing and lightning protection) in coordination with other trades.
• Preparation and development of Electrical and ELV specifications, and conduct design reports.
• Preparation and development of projects OPR and BODR.
• Review of technical, financial offers, suppliers’ technical submittals, equipment manuals in accordance with the electrical design package.
