Customer Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, and email.
  • Handle customer phone calls.
  • Update customer request sheets for our fulfillment team.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for customer refunds.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to the right place.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Live in Giza, 6th of October City, or Hadyek El Ahram.

Good in using computer Very Good in English Experienced dealing with custmors
