Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, and email.
- Handle customer phone calls.
- Update customer request sheets for our fulfillment team.
- Coordinate with the finance department for customer refunds.
- Ensure accurate and timely information is delivered to the right place.
Requirements:
- Preferably Live in Giza, 6th of October City, or Hadyek El Ahram.
Good in using computer Very Good in English Experienced dealing with custmors
