- Oversee and maintain the organization’s timekeeping system to ensure accurate recording of employee hours worked, attendance, and leave balances.
- Monitor time and attendance reports for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including the calculation of overtime, deductions, Bonuses, and other payroll-related adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies regarding timekeeping and payroll practices.
- Prepare periodic reports; Monthly, Quarterly and annually to the Management to analyses the reliability and efficiency of the payroll system.
- Keep records of leave balances in all their forms and types.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.It's a must to have at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and personnel management.Proven experience in payroll processing and timekeeping systems, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detailExcellent communication skills
