-Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Trainer, or in a related role.-Experience designing and implementing training programs.-Strong communication and presentation skills.-Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes.-Proficiency in e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).-Organizational and time management skills.-Knowledge of training tools like Articulate, Captivate, or similar software.-Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
