About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Design Architect to join our dynamic architecture and interior design studio. As a Technical Design Architect, you will be responsible for translating creative design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. You will work closely with the design team to ensure the seamless execution of projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Strong background in creating Working Drawings - IFC packages.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Prepare material specifications, finish schedules, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Utilize BIM software to manage project information and facilitate collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of building construction methods, materials, and systems.Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
