Main responsibilities:
Market development:
• Find new markets for the company's products.
• Participate in international trade shows.
• Build strong relationships with international customers.
Logistics Management:
• Planning and executing international shipping operations.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and customs clearance.
• Ensure that products arrive at the destination on time and in the best condition.
Document Preparation:
• Prepare all documents required for export, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, health certificates and certificates of origin.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documents.
• Compliance with regulations:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest export laws and regulations.
• Ensure all legal requirements are met.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks in the export process.
• Develop plans to minimize these risks.
• Languages: Proficiency in English.• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Public Relations: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to get the best terms.• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics and business systems.• Possible daily tasks: Communicating with international clients via online meetings• 3-5 years experience prefer in the same field.
