  • Assist in creating training materials or documentation for customers.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on product features and services to provide informed support to customers.

0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.Basic understanding of project management principles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in using CRM software and basic data analysis tools.
